David Ford joins Gleeds from Willmott Dixon, where he was responsible for strategic market reviews and regional business growth.
Jon Enever, main board director for Gleeds in Nottingham, said; “I am delighted to be welcoming David to the team. His appointment signifies our intention to continue the pattern of growth we have seen in the Midlands in recent years and I am confident that he will prove to be a real asset as we go forward.”
Gleeds has also promoted Andrew Marlow and Matt Perry to directors of cost management. They have been with the firm for 15 and 13 years respectively and both specialise in the retail sector.
Of these two, Mr Enever added: “It is also a pleasure to see Andrew and Matt take up their positions as directors having had such successful careers with Gleeds to date. They have been instrumental in developing our retail offering and we are extremely lucky to have such talent on the team here in Nottingham.”
