Wayne Sutton joined Gleeson in October 2019 as operations manager for the Tees Valley region and within months was promoted to operations director for the Yorkshire East region.
He is now managing director for Yorkshire East.
Gleeson Homes specialises in building starter homes, with prices for a two-bedroom semi-detached home starting at £124,995 in East Yorkshire. In his new role, Wayne Sutton will be responsible for maintaining the business plan.
Yorkshire East is a growth region for Gleeson Homes, with 10 new sites scheduled to open in the next two years.
