The contract, for the University of Cambridge, includes post-graduate student accommodation located in the centre of the North West Cambridge Development. It has been designed Cambridge-based architect RH Partnership to house 325 students around courtyards and gardens.

Graham will work with the university’s consultants, Turner & Townsend Project Management and Gardiner & Theobald Cost Management.

The project is expected to be completed by autumn 2016. There will be phased completions across the first phase of the North West Cambridge Development from autumn 2015 through to spring 2017.

Gavin Heaphy, construction director of the North West Cambridge Development, said: “Adding Graham to the family of contractors working at the North West Cambridge Development is fantastic.”

Graham regional construction director Jonathan Hall said: “Our vastly experienced team understands how to deliver the best in student residences to a highly international market and we look forward to starting onsite in earnest.”
