Greenwich development sees cost hike

Family Mosaic’s initial estimate for the project when it went out to tender two years ago was just £12m.

The Bouygues-subsidiary will build 82 flats of mixed tenure and 1 800m² of commercial space on Creek Road in the centre of Greenwich, just next to the Up The Creek comedy club.

The works will also involve the alteration and refurbishment of two adjoining existing buildings.
