Health partnership for Boot

The first project is the re-development of Acre Mill, an old factory next to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, to build 46,000 sq ft of new office and clinical space.

This partnership will also seek to get best value from developing the former St Luke's hospital site in Crosland Moor, Huddersfield.

This partnership is believed to be one of the first of its kind involving an NHS Foundation Trust and will enable the continued development of local health services within the NHS Foundation Trust in spite of public spending constraints."
