Hill picked for first phase of $900m Moroccan development

The US$900m (£624m) mixed-use development will feature 4,200 residential units, a 5,000m² shopping mall, 104,600m² of commercial office space, public parks, plazas and a waterfront promenade. Hill’s contract, which is with an affiliate of Wessal Capital, involves provision of project management services for the first phase of the scheme.

"The Wessal Bouregreg development will provide important residential, commercial and cultural amenities to Rabat," said Waleed Abdel-Fattah, senior vice president and managing director (Africa) for Hill's Project Management Group.
