JMS Consulting Engineers is now under the sole ownership of managing director and co-founder Daniel Staines.
Ingent Consulting Engineers is the new name for what was previously JMS Engineers (East Anglia) Ltd, set up by Richard Wigzell and Daniel Staines in 2014.
Ingent has 14 staff at its offices in Brightwell, Suffolk.
“With the process of bringing development infrastructure through planning, design and approval to construction ever more complex and lengthy, Ingent has been formed to fully concentrate on this aspect of development,” Richard Wigzell explained.
