Construction company Morgan Sindall picked up the award for its work to create the state-of-the-art oncology centre at the hospital which was completed last year.
The firm was shortlisted for the same project in the Best Commercial Building category and was also shortlisted in the Best Education Building section for Court Fields Community School in Wellington which was also completed last year.
