Active Access, taken over by Euro Mechanical Handling (EMH) last month, has ordered a 10 Hinowa tracked booms from dealer APS to follow the three new machines delivered this week. The new order is for a mix of 17.75, 20.10 and 26.14 machines. With the Hinowa 14.70 that the company already owned, Active Access will have a tracked boom fleet of 14 machines altogether.

Sales & operations director Leigh Baker said: “This order demonstrates to our customers that we are committed to bringing innovative and specialised products to support our already extensive access fleet, including our range of Nifty HR hybrids and bi-energy booms.”

APS sales director (north) Shane Paver said: “The Hinowa tracked booms selected by Active Access include the latest innovations, such as remote controls for operator convenience. We have enjoyed a great relationship with both Active Access and EMH for some time, and we are delighted that they have such belief in the Hinowa product line that they see the benefits these machines can provide for their customers.”
