The project will include over 34,000m2 of total building gross floor area. It will involve the creation of teaching and learning spaces over five levels ranging from case study and seminar rooms to a large 550-seat lecture theatre and a learning hub.
“We are pleased to be partnering with John Holland to build a flagship home for the University of Sydney Business School,” said University of Sydney vice-chancellor Dr Michael Spence. “The construction of this site will provide a state-of-the-art learning environment for the next generation of business leaders and world-class facilties that will benefit the entire university community.”
Construction is scheduled to start in July and be completed in early 2015.
