He joins from Kier Group where he was commercial director for Kier Services - Maintenance. Mr Kay has a degree in quantity surveying and a masters in project management. He is a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Lovell Repairs & Maintenance currently carries out around 200,000 reactive repairs a year to UK homes as well as delivering property services to more than 60 local authority and housing association clients.
