Michael McMahon was already an executive director of Lakehouse and managing director of its energy services division.
He joined the Lakehouse Group in April 2014 as the founder of Everwarm, which Lakehouse took over. Before founding Everwarm, he was group operations director at Eaga, which was bought by Carillion for £300m in 2011.
Lakehouse executive chairman Bob Holt said: “I am delighted that the board has appointed Michael as chief operating officer. His proven operational and management experience will prove invaluable as we drive forward the Lakehouse growth story.”
