Leominster Construction has started work building a new facility for of construction and horticultural products supplier Beck Group.
This is the first development on the Skylon Park site, which is expected to see multi million pound investment in commercial construction.
Development will also start later this year on a new regional centre for Western Power Distribution.
Skylon Park is a 72-hectare site designated as the Enterprise Zone of the Marches Local Enterprise Partnership, the private sector-led organisation tasked with revitalising the economy of Herefordshire, Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.
Some £20m has already been spent on preparing the infrastructure to attract investors.
