As vice president and managing director of Louis Berger’s UK operations, he is responsible for growing the company’s UK presence.
“James brings a robust and successful track record of developing and overseeing broad business development operations,” said Tom Topolski, president of Louis Berger’s international operation. “His expertise preparing, implementing and delivering business development and strategic sales strategies, maintaining and ensuring client networks, and supporting strategic and major pursuits is well suited to support Louis Berger’s business development goals for Europe.”
Mr Rousell joins Louis Berger from Jacobs, where he worked for 15 years in a range of business development positions. Previously, he worked in environmental management for the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and private waste management companies.
He is a chartered waste manager (MCIWM) and a chartered environmentalist (CEnv).
James Rousell will be based in Louis Berger’s London office and report to Jesper Damgaard, senior vice president and managing director for Europe.
