It will begin work next month with WM Housing Group on a project to provide external wall insulation and associated works to over 700 homes in Coventry. This £5m project is part-funded by the ECO (Energy Company Obligation) scheme. The work will be completed in six months.
The company has also won an external refurbishment project with Sandwell Homes. This will involve work on four occupied tower blocks in Sandwell and is worth around £7.5m. This project also begins in September and will last approximately 80 weeks.
Lovell regional director David Gough said: “After a strong few months, we were determined to maintain our momentum in the region so winning these new contracts is very important to the company and comes as a result of a lot of hard work from the team.”
