The Lapwing Court scheme will create 54 one- and two-bedroom apartments for over-55s on land to the north of Matley Primary School in the Orton Brimbles area of the city. All the new homes will be for social rent.
The project is designed by PRP Architects and is set for completion in January 2017.
The scheme follows Lovell’s earlier completion of a housing refurbishment project for Cross Keys Homes.
