The AED27m (£6m) contract was awarded to Macro following a competitive tender process and includes one of the largest schools in Dubai, Repton School, which has 2,200 pupils. The other two schools are Foremarke School Dubai and Repton School Abu Dhabi, which have 1,000 pupils combined.
Macro will provide integrated FM services for the total area of 146,000m2, including a 24/7 helpdesk and computer-aided FM system, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), reactive and planned preventative maintenance, condition surveys, and procurement of FM specialist contractors.
Macro has previously provided FM at Repton School Dubai, where the company carried out a comprehensive review of all FM policies and procedures and developed new processes.
