Clienbt is Scira Offshore Energy.

The development at Egmere, Wells-Next-The-Sea, Norfolk, includes a two-storey office block, warehouse, car park and bike shelter. Mansell will also carry out landscaping and widening of the existing road.

Sustainable features include low-energy lighting, a green roof to promote biodiversity and reduce rainwater run-off, enhanced insulation, grey water recycling to flush toilets, ground source heat pumps, and PV panels for hot water and electricity.

Work has just started and is expected to complete in autumn 2012.
