Mansell wins £2.9 million contract to build innovation centre in Hartlepool

The centre will be constructed over three floors, with each floor containing multiple office units to accommodate new and developing local businesses. Built to BREEAM “Very Good” standards the building will be of steel framed construction with suspended solar shadings and walkways and will employ rainwater harvesting.   

Work has recently started on site and will complete in May 2011.
