An overwhelming 99.78% of the shares that voted supported Kier’s takeover and just 0.22% were sufficiently contrary to stand up and vote against it.
It is now expected that the last day for dealings in May Gurney Shares will be 3 July 2013 and that its shares will ceases trading on 8 July 2013 or shortly thereafter.
