Helical Bar has committed to forward purchase the new 43,000 sq ft building on Clifton Street, Shoreditch, London EC2 for £21m.
The six storey office block will be fitted out to Cat A standard and is designed to be BREEAM ‘very good’ rated with green roofs, cycle storage, landscaped courtyards with water features.
Helical Bar will complete the freehold purchase upon practical completion of the construction, which is anticipated for summer 2015. McLaren Property is the vendor and McLaren Construction will undertake the development.
