McLaren Construction is building a 30,000m2 Technology & Logistics Centre for Bericote Properties on behalf of Rolls-Royce, on the Oldlands Farm Business Park on the northern edge of Bognor Regis. The development is close to the car maker’s current home at Goodwood, West Sussex.
Construction began last month on a 48-week programme. The facility will be part of the ‘Enterprise Bognor Regis’ initiative, which looks to develop the town and the surrounding area as a business location.
This Rolls Royce project follows McLaren’s delivery of Jaguar Land Rover’s new factory in Solihull.
