The company was set up to focus on the design, manufacture, delivery, installation and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation control and automation (MEICA) services to sectors such as the water industry.
For the last seven years Hook was managing director for Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies where his responsibilities included the municipal sector, drinking water, sewage treatment and the industrial market with a focus on waste-to-energy schemes.
