The contract is valued at £20.5m a year and runs for 10 years (11 in some areas), with the option to extend for a further five years.
Mitie will be responsible for day to day repairs as needed, including emergency callout works, as well as all electrical testing. It will also carry out all internal refurbishments, and associated domestic central heating installations.
