Chris Harris has been promoted from Linden Homes Midlands where he was the commercial and technical director. He has worked for the company for six years.
Mr Harris takes over from Clive Wiltshire running the Bristol-based operations.
“There is a real opportunity to develop the Western business unit and shape the way things are run," Chris Harris said. "As a company we are in a great position as we have a strong team, a healthy land bank and some fantastic projects in the pipeline. It’s going to be an exciting year.”
Divisional managing director Andrew Hammond commented: “Chris will be a great asset to the Western region. His promotion is testament to his hard work and contribution to the Midlands business unit over the last six years. I’m confident that under his leadership the Western team will continue to flourish.”
