Paul Garton joins Groundforce, part of the Vp group, from Danish consulting engineering Cowi, where he was technical director of its UK infrastructure team.
Groundforce managing director Paul Donovan said: “Paul’s experience will enhance our technical team and ensure that we remain at the forefront of delivering effective and innovative engineering solutions for our customers.”
