Previously based at the Manchester Business Park, Harbur Construction has relocated to Ashbrook Office Park, near Manchester Airport.
Since its foundation in 2009, Harbur has completed affordable homes contracts worth £17.8m and has developments worth £24m ongoing. This includes affordable housing schemes in Preston, Manchester, Liverpool and Wigton.
Managing director Christian Bury said: “We’ve seen significant growth over the past few years, especially in the affordable housing sector, and with the renewed sense of optimism across the construction sector as a whole, expect that to continue.
“As a result, we’ve needed to employ more people and are looking to take on more staff in the near future, and this means we need a base that can accommodate us now and provide for the future needs of the business.”
