Ms Moore was previously head of rail for the firm. She takes over responsibility for infrastructure workload from Murray Rowden, who has moved up to be global managing director for infrastructure after four years in charge of the UK division.
Turner & Townsend UK managing director Jon White described Patricia Moore as “an outstanding leader with unique experience in major programmes and projects particularly during the critical front-end stage”.
