Cemprotec Levelling Coat is a two component, epoxy and polymer modified waterborne cementitious screed designed to level out rough, tamped concrete prior to the application of a protective flooring system.
Cemprotec Levelling Coat is compatible with Flexcrete’s Cemprotec E-Floor systems and also other flooring systems such as polyurethanes, alternative epoxy-based flooring systems, polyureas and methyl methacrylate. Cemprotec Levelling Coat is typically applied at 10mm but can be applied up to 60mm in a single application.
With rapid curing, it can be overcoated within 24 hours of application.
Having a waterborne formulation, it cures without releasing any hazardous solvents or odours during application and can be used in food manufacturing plants and other sensitive environments, the manufacturer says.
Flexcrete has also expanded its Monodex range of weatherproof wall coatings by introducing Monodex Textured to the range for structures with a rough finish or surface imperfections.
