O'Hare & McGovern has been contracted to build one 4,200 m2 accommodation block, housing 114 studio flat rooms with ensuite and kitchenette, and one 6,300 m2 block with 165 rooms.
Both blocks will be five storeys high and be built of a concrete frame with flat slab and precast concrete columns on a piled substructure. External walls will be brick faced and trussed pitched roofs will have slate tiles.
