Turner & Townsend has signed a three-year global framework agreement with Philips, to support the company in delivering office, manufacturing and research and development facilities internationally.
The appointment involves cost management, asset optimisation and consultancy, as well as project management services. Turner & Townsend will be able to tender competitively for briefs across Philips’ existing property locations as well as new-build projects.
Turner & Townsend Netherlands country manager Marvin Vos said: “Our global network of 80 offices, combined with our local presence in Amsterdam and The Hague, positions us perfectly to deliver a joined-up service for Philips as it works to reach its international real estate goals.”
