The £75m development, known as Wembley Parade, will be delivered by London residential developer Anthology following planning approval from Brent Council on 14th December 2016.

Anthology bought the 1.6 acre brownfield site on North End Road from civil engineering contractor Durkin in 2014 with backing from Oaktree Capital Management.

Anthology development director Neil Sams said: “Wembley Parade has been designed with great attention to detail – the unique development is sleek, in-keeping with the new surrounding buildings and curves to reflect the Wealdstone Brook which runs behind the site.”

Wembley Parade development, designed by GRID Architects, will provide a mix of social rented, shared ownership and private homes.
