The concession will cover the financing, design, construction, operation and maintenance of 35km of motorway between Banja Luka and Prnjavor and 44.5km from Doboj to Vukosavlje. It will also cover the operation and maintenance of 36.6km from East Prnjavor to Doboj.
The overall duration of the concession contract will be 30 years after the completion of the first section.
The concession contract will be procured by government-owned motorway company Javno Preduzeće Autoputevi Republike Srpske. It said that the prior information notice is issued to test the market and does not formally signify the beginning of procurement.
