It has identified 12 sites for potential mixed-use, transport-orientated real estate development on, and adjacent to, a number of its major metro stations. Tenders are being invited for professional services to develop masterplans, detailed designs, construction contracts and the procurement of contractors and construction management services for each of the 12 identified sites.
The tender document will be available for collection from Qatar Rail offices for a week starting on 11th October 2015.
