The new office, at the Eldon Business Park in Chilwell, will provide an East Midlands satellite operation for the headquarters in Rugby.
Current schemes include a £1m refurbishment programme for the St George’s House office block in Leicester city centre which began at the end of 2013, and a £1.5m new-build housing development at Scraptoft in Leicester, where work is now getting under way.
The Nottingham office is headed by Stepnell operations and commercial manager Thomas Sewell.
