Stafford & Rural Homes has plans to invest £32m in developing new affordable and social housing. Simon Thompson will be responsible for identifying development opportunities.
Chief executive Karen Armitage said: “Simon’s commercial experience and expertise will be key in helping us to deliver our development programme to build 300 homes by 2018. Our rural communities are crying out for properties that are affordable for young people, whilst more accommodation is needed to support elderly residents to live in the heart of their communities.”
