The scheme for social housing and care provider Sanctuary Group comprises an 80-flat extra care housing development for over-55s and 28 new-build two-, three- and four-bedroom houses. The project, designed by PRP Architects, is expected to complete in March 2015.

The development is part of the 2011-15 Affordable Homes Programme and will receive nearly £2.5m support from the Homes & Communities Agency (HCA).

The contract was awarded to Seddon through its four-year partnership with Sanctuary that is delivering a total of 700 new-build homes across the Midlands.
