Capco, which already owns 25.2% of Shaftesbury, is now set to take full ownership under a dela agreed between the two boards.
The combined group's £5bn portfolio will comprise approximately 670 buildings with 2.9 million square feet of lettable space across 2,000 commercial and residential units across London's West End, including Covent Garden, Carnaby Street, Chinatown and Soho.
