Sisk will redevelop the York Way frontage of the Maiden Lane Estate in London NW1. The project involves demolishing vacant residential blocks and building eight new ones. Demolition began in the summer, while the main work is set to start towards the end of the year.

The scheme has been developed by PRP Architects. It will result in 265 new homes as well as some new local shops.

Sisk director Mike Higgins said: “We are absolutely delighted to be working with London Borough of Camden on this major regeneration scheme which will transform the neighbourhood. A key focus will be working with the community to ensure the scheme delivers a sustainable legacy.”
