The contract signed with Eighth and Demonbreun Hotel is worth US$153m (£116m). It involves construction of a new 75,000m2, 33-storey hotel, which will include 533 guest rooms and suites; 3,500m2 of ballroom and meeting spaces; four food and beverage outlets, and an underground car park.
The hotel will be located in the city’s SoBro District.
