The new Women & Children’s Health Building for Christiana Care Health System involves an eight-storey, 36,000m2 expansion, with a replacement neonatal intensive-care unit and additional outpatient units together with other facilities including lab, pharmacy and logistical support services.
The expansion project also includes the provision of a four-level car park, which Skanska had already been awarded.
The project is slated for completion in January 2020.
