The US$45m (£36m) contract involves the construction of the new administration complex for district support operations. The new facility will include about 156,000 square feet of class A office space, 500 parking spaces, office suites, a conference centre, campus police headquarters and dispatch, and a central utility plant.
Construction will begin in January 2017 and is slated for completion in July 2018.
