The US$131m (£100m) contract with Collin College in Wylie involves the construction of a four-building campus with a total area of about 32,000m2. Facilities will include a student centre, learning resource centre and a central utility plant.
The architect for the project is Page.
The project will break ground next month and is slated for completion in June 2020.
