The contract is with an existing client, the Edmonds School District, and is worth US$39m (£25m).
The new school will have an area of approximately 11,000m2 and involves construction of a two-storey main building adjacent to a one-storey gymnasium. In addition, the project includes work such as parking areas and new storm water management facilities.
Construction is due for completion in January 2017.
