Spanish contractor fined for price fixing

The fine is for participating in agreements to share the market and fix prices in relation to tenders for asphalting roads.

The CNC council said that it considers there is proof of a breach of the Competition Act, consisting of a secret agreement regarding the winner and the bids for road surfacing renewal and maintenance work in Castilla and León.
