The area is being rebuilt with the aim of turning it into a meeting spot with cultural events, entertainment venues, parks, restaurants and cafes.
The contracts have values of about SEK 1.2bn (£93m) and SEK750m (£58m). They will be carried out in a partnering arrangement with the client.
Construction works will start in the summer of 2016, with expected completion in 2022.
