Subject to securing funding, the university has aspirations to carry out a number of construction projects during the life of the agreement. Masterplans have identified significant development opportunities on both of the university campuses, through both refurbishment and new build projects. Schemes are likely to range in construction value from about £1.5m to £10m.
Planned schemes include a £1.27m enterprise and innovation centre, a £3.5m building extension, and the £3.5m next phase of redevelopment of the science complex.
