T&T help M&S gain Indian LEED first

Turner & Townsend advised on life-cycle costing, enabling M&S to take informed decisions towards reducing its operational costs while targeting LEED certification.

The store at South Extension, New Delhi, is also the first M&S store overseas to receive this highest internationally accepted benchmark for design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings.
