Beginning 2017 with three new members who are committed to working together is a brilliant start and I can’t wait to see how we continue deliver change to the benefit of the whole supply chain.”

Derwent London head of development Richard Baldwin said: “Derwent London is pleased to see that, through Build UK, the industry is finally joining up to collaborate. As a significant investor, we want to be involved in the groundswell of change that Build UK is facilitating to achieve better outcomes for all.”

British Land head of construction Richard Elliott said: “We look forward to partnering with Build UK to build on what the organisation has already achieved and to effect further change across the construction industry.”

Keltbray chief executive Brendan Kerr said: “There is a growing acknowledgment of the reliance on Specialist Contractors in the supply chain, demonstrating that contractors such as Keltbray are critical to the success of a project.
