MAC’s Truck Sales Ltd is launching a dedicated commercial vehicle truck rental business alongside its long-established truck sales operation after identifying growing demand for leasing over outright purchasing.
From 15th September 2015, MAC’s Truck Rental & Leasing Co Ltd will offer a range of specialist vehicle types for the construction industry, including skip vehicles, hook loaders, crane mounted trucks, beaver tail/cheese wedge rigids, as well as tipper trucks and tipper grab trucks. DAF, Volvo and Scania are the predominant vehicle marques in the range.
MAC’s has invested £10m in vehicles for the new leasing business, which will be based out of the same Huddersfield location as the sales business.
